  • I am a machinist who is studying at college so will be in a class room 1 week out of 3 and be in the workshop learning the hands on aspect during the remaining weeks

  • I have learnt to be proficient and knowledgeable on a variety of machines and production manufacturing

  • I really enjoy the hands on and physical aspects of the program, there can be a lot of paper work but nothing too over bearing if you keep on top of it all, which they give you more then enough time to do so

  • very organised with a variety of things in place to keep it that way

  • I feel like it gives me a better mental understanding of the work i carry out

  • yes i think there is a few but none i have looked into

  • Very good company, good pay, respectful, and overall a brilliant company to work for


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Get all your research done for the interview, make sure you know your stuff, and just be on the ball. make sure that you aren't shy but don't order people around either, just be a well rounder individual with the knowledge to work at such an esteemed company
