  • Responsible for addressing staff performance to ensure the quality of teaching and learning outcomes meet the diverse needs of the IRC and residents and awarding bodies. Ensuring impactful evaluation outcomes in reporting data engaging in excellent customer-service in the role meeting the outcomes of the SLA,

  • Further developed business finance skills including the strategic planning alignment of finance and the organisation. Also improved communication skills and further developed people management techniques

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Got off to a slow start but the experience has been great. Its pitched at the right level for my role and I get a takeaway point from each session to reflect upon. Its also been supportive to be with other like minded students and share experiences from different sectors

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Programme has got off to a slow start. Initially it was poorly organised and structured and communication was poor. However the coordinator for the programme has left and the new lecturer has been able to pull everything back on track and make significant improvements

  • Fully supported and encouraged by my line manager, with study time allowances and opportunities for off the job training providied

  • Support has improved due to change in staffing, communication is better and outcomes are clear and structured.

  • It has made me check and challenge my current practice as a manager, I am now becoming more responsive and feel enabled to make better informed decsions
