  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • During my time at Crawfords i have develpoed alot of new skills this goes from communication skills all the way to finding parts efficiently. My communications skills have grown through talking and listening to customers and colleagues. This is an important skill as being able to fully communitcate and understand your customers needs allows you to forfill there expectations. Finding parts has become alot easier over time as i am becoming more and more formilar with the parts book every day.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my programme as no two days are the same. There is a new lesson to be learnet every day. I learn alot of my work through my colleagues by asking questions and watching to see how they execute a situation. I would not enjoy this programme as much as i do without my team. My Team come together and help eachother get through all task if one person is falling behind everyone is there to pick them back up again.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Crawfords?
  • The advice i would give would be to be yourself during the interview stage as the employers much prefer to see your genuine self instead of you dressing up smart and acting diffrent just for the interview.
