    8/10

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Have built on customer service skills learned from previous job roles. Have learned the difference between dealing with customers over the phone, and over social media, especially the importance of good communication on public/private posts.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • It's interesting as it makes you think of different factors to consider when dealing with customers that you might not normally have thought of.

    7/10

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Has previously been difficult to get time off to do independent tasks if it's been too busy. Also the meetings with trainers were not well organised as they could be cancelled without me being informed or I might have to go to a meeting that I wasn't aware of until the last minute.

    2/10

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I'm usually allowed the time off to complete tasks/attend sessions but they wouldn't have very much knowledge about the apprenticeship itself, however they will try to help if they can.

    6/10

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Will go through information during sessions and help with any questions. They've provided me with an email if I need to contact them but so far I haven't needed to do this.

    8/10

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I can link what I've learned in training with my day to day role while working. I do feel like I've gained more knowledge by doing research on my company for getting my qualification.

    8/10

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Not that I'm aware of

    5/10

  • 9a. Would you recommend NatWest to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • Good job with good wages and benefits.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to NatWest?
  • Really focus on any experience you may have with helping customers when applying, as well as for the interview process, as well as experience you'd have with working in a team.
