My role is to make sure parts are processed and given out to the correct cars. I also maintain stock levels, check campaign work and supply any additional parts needed like special valet materials or charge cables.
i have learnt more computer skills and i have also improved on my customer service. i have learnt how to correctly check for any damages and successfully order the correct parts needed.
i really enjoy the course i am on. my tutor is a great help and is available for me to contact her when ever i need, which makes me feel more at ease.
the structure of my course is great, i know exactly where i am and what needs completing and when it needs completing by. There's a lot more flexibility than i was expecting and it fits in around me.
my employers are great. they fully understand i need to take time out of my working day to do my course and they fully support me in this.
my tutor is great. she helps my any time i have a query and shes just on the other end of the phone or email. nothings ever to much trouble for her and she always makes me feel comfortable when asking what i think is a silly question.
my qualification and really just clarified that what i am already doing in my job role is correct. ive learnt more about laws and regulations that i wasn't originally aware of.
unfortunately this isn't anything my place of work do at this moment in time.
