My role is to adjust all of our customers policy's which can be house move or policy changes or adding cover or specified items.

not learnt any new skills yet from the apprenticeship

if I'm being honest I dont enjoy it , I don't think it was thought out well the layout of the work isn't great , I had good expectations of this but I'm slightly disappointed , its more stressful than anything.

I don't think it organised well at all , terrible start and I'ts confusing

If I'm being honest the stress from doing this is causing me more problems than anything and If given the chance to do it again I wouldn't.

The way we was presented this pro game was that it was on the job qualification with some writing, I took this course as i pride myself in customer service I thought why not have a qualification in it but the whole experience it causing me a lot of stress and anxiety and im finding it really difficult to continue.
