  • I am a Trust Officer which includes roles such as making payments and writing letters to Beneficiaries of Trusts aswell as setting them up.

  • Yes i have learnt a lot of new communication skills aswel as the new skills of my job role, i have improved my use of IT skills by using different systems.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I do enjoy my programme but i feel it is not very organised in some parts and also how the monthly challenges were supposed to work wasnt explained clearly.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Not very organised at all i have had many webinars which are supposed to have run, not run and we or the trainer have been given the wrong dates. i have also been given the wrong address to attend a face to face webinar.

  • i receive loads of support my manager helps me with every task and is more than happy to sit with me and go through my work.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • I get a fair amount as whenever i have any questions or problems my mentor helps me as soon as she can and BPP have rectified for the wrong dates and addresses in the past.

  • i feel like i know more about my company and it helps me understand in more depth about my daily job role.

  • Yes there is loads of voluntary work and social events as well as classes and a variety of different activities.

  • Yes

  • It is a very good company to work for who allow you to have many opportunities to move up and improve.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Coutts?
  • The application process is quite difficult and there are many different activities you have to achieve in order to place yourself with an interview. But there are so many opportunities the business allows you to have.
