I am a care worker, my role involves administering medication, bathing, clothing and providing meals to residents in care homes.

I have learnt how to recognise vulnerabilities, understanding Individual centred health care plans and Importance of legislation

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoyed my experience, I enjoyed the structure of the programme and the one on one support whilst studying, whenever necessary I was able to get support by my tutor

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

It was well structured but I feel there could have been a plan in place at the beginning of the year the highlighted which order modules would be studied

Not much support

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

It raises awareness of legislation, Importance of consent and understanding individual health care plans

To be prepared to put in work and effort when studying, to approach tutors when further info or support is required
