As a customer service agent, I deal with customers via phone and e-mail, answering queries, placing or amending orders and helping with issues or complaints.
I have learned using new systems (Lomosoft, SAP) and learned the better way of formulating answers for customers.
Programme is great, makes me look into things I would normally not look into, unless facing an issue related to it, so now I am better prepared for those moments.
Everything makes sense and follows set structure, with which I have no problem.
I receive all the support I need. I get answers to my questions, and am allowed to work on my Apprenticeship during business hours as agreed beforehand.
Due to COVID-19 outbreak and personal contact restrictions in place, I talk to my mentor on a monthly basis over the phone. We go through the last tasks, and he helps me to polish my presentation, then move onto next task and perfectly explains what I need to do next, as well as lay down a plan how to achieve it.
Thanks to this I will be more knowledgeable in my field and more qualfied to dealwith wider range of issues without the need to waste time or manpower on unnecessary steps, as I will be able to tell what needs to be done immediately.
Not that I know of, except Christmas due once a year. Although I have seen some football and rugby dresses on the wall, maybe they do have sports team, but I am more of an e-sports fan so I did not inquire further.
Yes
Best company I worked for in the UK so far, and I have been through a few. People around knows what they are doing, everybody is friendly and helpful, and shift pattern fits me perfectly.
Good for people who can take ownership and are ready for some serious work, as at times it can get hectic. Not for easily offended people, as customers can be tough at times.
