  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • Every 6 months, LSP hold a team day. This involves the full company coming to our head office and we meet for a meal in the evening, this allows the company to catch up in a relaxed and friendly setting. The day after out meal, we have our team day. This involves us being put into groups and being given a task which contributes to the development of our problem solving, communication and teamwork skills. We also hold various charity events, such as charity bike rides and walks, that are open to anyone within the company. This allows us all to meet and do something for a great cause.
