  • I work on the reception answering phones and greeting clients as well as helping creat documents for client and setting up meetings etc.

  • I have developed my IT skills and using different programmes as well as learning how to produce documents using phone systems and other admin related jobs

  • I enjoyed the programme a lot it helped me to develop and learn new skills and give me a better understanding of businesses

  • The programme is very well structured with a lot of support from my tutor in order to learn new things and progress in my career

  • I receive a lot of support from my employer with any help I need for my job and my course work as well as any queries I have

  • I received a great amount of support from my tutor with any help I needed for my course work or an questions I had as well as being able to call anytime if I had any problems

  • My qualification helps a lot for me to progress in my job as it gives me a better understanding of what I am doing as well as giving me a lot of opportunities for the future
