  • It could be better, it keeps changing. it has governance in place like training, inductions, support, but programme is not defined yet even though we are half way through

  • It varies dependant on the tutors, but they do well

  • Yes, they are constantly being advertised

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Blue-chip company, lot of benefits, competitive pay, brilliant opportunities, CV looks good with Rolls-Royce on it, a sense of pride working for them


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Rolls-Royce?
  • Save all documentation on job roles etc, they often change so its nice to see what you initially signed up for. Be yourself on assessment day.
