  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • This role involves dealing with customers enquires daily. Speaking to a range of different customer regarding different scenarios, things like a customer who wants to purchase a vehicle or a customer who isn’t happy with a service they have received.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Yes everyday we are learning new Skills such as how to book customers in for viewings of vehicle to answering calls to customers who requesting info on how to purchase parts.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • I enjoy my program a lot, I think it brings out of a lot of my skills and also I find it very relaxed and straight forward.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • My program is very organised, there is never a moment we’re I am not sure what to do or who to turn to. Help comes at abundance.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I would like to say Pentagon/Motus is probably one of the best employers I have worked for, the amount of support we get is really unquestionable.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • My training provider is always there for support, not once have I ever needed something and she hasn’t been there.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I believe this help a lot as it really breaks down your role in more death and sometimes you do something for your qualification and look back and think “I really did do that well”.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • At the moment due to the pandemic we haven’t had chance to explore any activities etc as we have only been in the work place for a short amount of time but I’m sure there are loads of extra things to do.

  • 9a. Would you recommend MOTUS Commercials to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Company treats employees how they should be treated - equally. There is so much room for progression and opportunity to explore different roles with the company.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to MOTUS Commercials?
  • Make sure your yourself when applying. Make sure you are willing to put in effort. Read about the company’s background/role. Go into the job role with a positive/friendly mindset.
