  • 5. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • I believe that every step of the programme was very well structured, with my manager playing a massive part in making sure everything was on time and went to plan. My assessor came in on regular occasions checking my progress throughout and making sure i was up to date on my work for the qualification. If i needed any support at anytime i new exactly where it was but because of the support from my manager i needed very limited support from my assesor.

  • Throughout the programmes there was huge amounts of support offered by my training assesor but was not needed due to having any support from my manager at anytime i needed it making sure i was still performing at the best of my ability and not struggling at any stage. However she did make me aware the support was there if i needed it.

  • 6b. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • i could not fault my employers support at any stage from beginning to end of the programme and continuing afterward as my manager and senior manager pick up on any support in any areas and make sure my attitude is always 100% which it is at all times. Any problems i face i always overcome myself or with support from my manager if i need it. After the 12month training programmes i am confident i can do the job at a very high standard on my own however my manager still plays a massive part in my role.
