  • The running of a busy vehicle manufacturers accident repair centre, helping and supporting manufacturers, work providers and customers.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Absolutely. Helped me manage people and make them better in their roles. Great insight into accounts and cash flow side of the business.

  • Mostly enjoyed the outdoor team building activities, brought together the group.

  • Support was fantastic, had all the time required to complete tasks, and help when i struggled.

  • Absolutely helps, made me a better man manager which is paramount, and also enhances the business side which improved results.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • We have over recent years played football, gone gokarting, had meals out together and always have a group Xmas party.

  • Yes

  • Very professional organisation, great support from the top, fantastic reputation in the trade, easy to work for.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Lloyd Motor Group?
  • If in any doubt don’t be! Always difficult leaving what you know, but Lloyd motors is still family run and staff satisfaction and being number one the main driver for them. Also always invest in latest equipment, so makes the job easier overall!
