  • I'm FLT driver in the warehouse, I'm try properly do my duty and follow H&S rules I'm create safety place for work for me and my colleuges. I'm very proud to be part of a company, and support others. Contact with external customers increase my level of communication. This job give me possibility to develop and help to increasing my skills. The company helps me achieve my professional and personal goals.

  • 2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?
  • Apprenticeships gave me possibility of develop my person and create new skills. Thereby, I'm more helpful for my department and company. These is a few new skills which I have learnt: 1 COMMUNICATION SKILLS (LISTENING, SPEAKING AND WRITING) 2 RESEARCH SKILLS. 3 FLEXIBILITY/ADAPTABILITY. 4 INTERPERSONAL ABILITIES. 5 ABILITY TO MAKE DECISIONS AND SOLVE PROBLEMS. 6 ABILITY TO PLAN, ORGANISE AND PRIORITISE WORK. 7 LEADERSHIP/MANAGEMENT SKILLS. I'm sure all of these skills will help me in my future career.

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • Everyone should try go for apprenticeship, this is great opportunity to develop and step up personal career. My experience being a apprenticeship is exciting. The company gave me a chance develop and this program will do this. Apprenticeship is for everyone who want achieve more than others. What I like most is to see how the program is performing in-line to the strategic goals, mission and vision. I wish to attend to another apprentiship in the future.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • Im start my apprenticeship last year, from begin whole program was organised very well; the assessors followed my learning and kept everything up to date. I was informed about meetings and trainings. Essential informations for learnig was provided by college and OneFile website. If any problems I had my assesor helps me and this same I felt support from averyone how was engede to this program. In conclusion, this is one of the best organised program which I attend.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • The company try to support my learning, every day I can spend 20% of time job for learning and I can manage this time when I only needs. My managers give me possibility for learn and Im being treated differently than my colleagues. Employer send me to another departments for learning new skills and knowledge. This same, I'm increase my communications skills and methods with another managers. The company know how to invest in new qualificeted personel, this same I have big commitment to develop my skills.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • When I working towards my qualifications my training provider, provide all of necessary informations, such as books or usefull materials form webside. Cleary and understandable I recived tasks and others things to do. Always, I can send email to my assesors with any questions or doubts, this same I sure my learning progress. I very like and recommend this contact and sassesors attitude towards supporting my learning. Thank you very much for all your hard job.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I working for company many years, but from now I feel more useful, qualifications increased my personal skils and gave me opportunity to develope my careera at work. Apprenticeship help me on a day-to-day basis in my role, I know more about roles in the company and I can use this into practice. After apprenticeship, I see my dutes from managment point of view, I know on which aspect of work I have to better focused. And which aspect will be better for the company.

  • On this moment I haven't any extra-curricular activities except learning language at college. But I'm sure after my apprenticeship, I can more focuse on any extra-curricular activities to get involved in at my work.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • This is good place to work, company give to us possibility to develop for everyone, who wants. Staff are positive motivate to perform and job position. The company support my professional and personal life, everyone feels safety and the company want to create the best place for work. I heard many times: “This is a great place to work and I would love to be on the team.” Dixons Carphone invest in staff, this same, the company's image on the outside is positive.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Dixons Carphone?
  • Be a brave and do this first step, the company always hire people with potentials and those who want increase own personality. People also see an opportunity to learn and grow these skills, everyone would benefit personally, professionally, and financially. Find what makes you passionate and show how you add value to your profecional life. And if you want learning new things, makes something new and want working as part of a team, this company offering all of these.
