Work with all staff and learners to ensure compliance and achievement of qualifications.
New skills being learnt all the time, developing my work based skills every day.
I find the programme challenging every day, it will enhance my skill set.
From the start there has been a logical progression of work based tasks after the induction process.
My employer is very supportive in all aspects of my development and progression.
My training provider has excellent resources and highly trained staff that make the learning experience enjoyable at all times.
It gives me a range of skills that can be adapted to suit social and working environments.
The organisation actively encourages social interaction through organised social and recreational events.
