1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Software engineer developing POC and innovation projects in the london liquid studio. Consists of architecting and developing solutions as part of an agile team

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

I have learnt an uncountable amount of skills throughout my apprenticeship, from engineering languages and methodologies to workplace ethics and etiquette

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

Enormously. It wasnt perfect but the staff and fellow apprentices made it all worth the while.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

From the accenture side, extremely well structured. The training provider QA however, which we no longer use were very disorganised .

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

For me the employer is always understanding and supportive and a massive help, from line managers, to degree apprenticeship scheme people.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

A lot of support both with time and with the studies itself.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

Massively.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

A lot. Im a big football fan and there were ample teams to join, as well as fantasy football. Theres societes and commmunities for any interest, hobby or belief you can think of.

Yes

Great company, amazing culture and surrounded by people who will help propel you upward

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Accenture?

Have strong will and dont be meek, as Accenture is somewhere you can really get a lot out of but you need to forge your own path.
