  • My day to day role is to look after the children, plan activities, make snacks and dinners, tidy, clean, attend staff meetings and take part in training.

  • I have learnt how to complete planning, observe children and learning new craft activities.

  • I have enjoyed learning new skills and extending my knowledge.

  • I found Bud extremely useful and very easy to follow.

  • I feel like i was not supported hugely as they would struggle to find time and the staff to cover me for meetings with my assessor.

  • My assessor helps me greatly! She also has extra support there if i need it and can reply to any questions I might have almost straight away over email.

  • I feel like it does support my job role as I have learnt things I probably wouldn't of learned inside the setting.

  • The owner of the nursery would host a party for all the staff members and I would also meet my co-workers on the weekends
