  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • dealing with customer contact and their accounts this includes emails and secure messages alongside dealing with telephone calls. We are unable to give financial advise however we do conducts income and expenditure forms to understand customer financial situation and their finances as we a whole. we also have a duty of care to ensure that we signpost any of the customers we deal with if they need any. We also identify any vulnerabilities which may effect them dealing with us in the future or managing their finances in any kind of way.

  • I have learnt better time management and how to deal with stress. I have also improved my understand my role and the business as a whole.

  • I have enjoyed the course very much and feel that it is a great addition to my CV.

  • very organised everything is set out and I can always get in contact with my mentor.
