    • Very much. Good career to go into and support full company to work for

    • Well structured as in 5 years and known modules. Organisation isn’t alway the best from training provider. Tends to be last minute announcements etc

    • A lot. There’s always someone to email. My line manager is very supportive having gone through the same route as me

    • Minimal. You are left to your own devices and being there 1 day a week means you don’t get much face to face interaction

    • The knowledge I will learn I will use in my day to day job

    • They’re are professional development modules twice a year, a lot of CPD, and always social activities going on in the office along with volunteering opportunities

    • Great support. Development modules for apprentices. Opportunity’s to develop and grow.

    • Be yourself and get to know what the company is and what it stands for
