Have never had any problems with needing support, well supported in all aspects. Expertise is available if needed, can get assistance from industry experts in a wide range of roles and specialties.
Little contact with training provider, support programmer has been promised year on year. Nothing has materialized. Support staff were being hired, sill have not been introduced to anyone. End point assessment change has been mentioned, we have not been advised or asked our opinions on this
University training is rarely accurate to my role, helps a wider understanding but does not help with the role directly. This is less the providers fault, and more down to the fact there is not a Contractor specialized course available.
