  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • The enjoyment comes in spells and depends heavily on how busy work is. Often it comes in large peaks followed by weeks of quietness however this is just due to the nature of construction. When too quiet or extremely busy work is not enjoyable yet for the majority of the time i look forwards to it

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • It provides a complementary mix as both areas of physical work and theoretical work can be co-dependent on one another as either by themselves would become two dimensional and damage potential increases

    8/10
