I am a childcare trainer assessor, supporting apprentices in the childcare industry

I am learning new skills in leadership and management to manage the team

The group zoom sessions are really helpful and i get lots of support

very organised and well structured all discussed on induction to the programme

Alot of support from my line manager with the 20% off the job learning time and anything else i need

Very supportive assessor, communicates all the time and sends over great reading materials frequently

Provides excellent knowledge, shares experiences and great group teaching sessions to broaden knowledge

Very supportive training company, they do the right thing and very well organised. Meet my individual needs and support me to always gain further knowledge and stretch and challenge myself.

Very thorough organisation, lots of initial assessments to complete at the beginning to make sure its the right programme for you. You will get the support you need
