  • I learn knew things everyday as this is a field that I have never worked in before

  • my programme is very enjoyable and I look forward to the future working here

  • very structured, I am always aware of my next job and I always have work to do, sometimes too much!

  • I receive a great amount of support from my employer and I always feel there is someone who I can go to for help.

  • not a great amount as during COVID 19 my year was cut short, I have had problems with getting in contact with the college as things are unusual at this time

  • almost not at all, very little of what I learn at college is useful at work

  • Yes

  • Cummins is a incredible international company with hundreds of opportunities to work allover the world. Each staff member is looked after with great care


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Cummins?
  • be prepared for a hard working apprenticeship as nothing good in life comes easy. The workload balancing college, projects and helping during my rotation can be stressful but you must be strong minded and sociable.
