My job title is partner sales support. This involves in supporting my team within on going business and maintaining a good relationships with partners and customers. This means making sure I am always partnering first.
I have learnt many new skills and even developed current skills. Skills such as presenting has been something I have improved massively and is important to improve as I need to be able to do this in my daily role.
I thoroughly enjoy the programme as it pushes me within my daily role but also is fun to learn new things and test myself.
The program is well structured throughout. This has been the case since joining as there has been clear structure to what we are doing and what is expected.
I receive lots of support. Everyone within the business is happy to help and especially management who take a great interest in peoples well being and development
I receive loads of support from my training provider and a good example of this is the monthly calls I have with my mentor from Mercuri.
With the training I am being provided with it helps me within my everyday role because of the fact I have a better understanding of the company and what process etc have been put in place.
