  • Yes, I already had customer service skills which I have expanded but I have learned lots of new skills

  • I enjoy my job a fair bit however I do see this as a stepping stone in my career and wish I could be moving towards finishing faster

  • It’s not very well structured as we always seem to be too busy to actually focus on our apprenticeship, we are meant to be allocated 7 hours a week which we haven’t had in months

  • I think support is there if you seek it out but it’s not always offered to you

  • I receive all of the support I need from it

  • I feel that it will help me improve in future roles but not so much my current role

  • I have made excellent friends at work and we see eachother socially outside of work, I have also attended charity events

  • It’s a good environment to work in, challenging and forces you out of your comfort zone, great people and working environment
