  • I look after the Costa franchise within ODEON as well as looking after the sales end of our Food & Beverage department. My roles has 12 direct reports who are a mix of trainers and coaches.

  • Yes I have learnt lots of new skills particularly in the areas of sales & marketing, managing and leading people and project management

  • I thoroughly enjoy the programme. It fits perfectly with my day job

  • In general it is very well organised and structured and certainly it was better this year than last
