  • I work in the Client Office which is a team designed to look at how we can strategically increase revenues from our top clients. On a day-to-day basis, this involves client data analysis, running client campaigns and working closely with our sales force and business management teams to improve that part of our business.

  • I am currently developing stronger analytic skills as well as strong communication skills given that a large part of my role involves interacting with colleagues at all levels of seniority. I am also improving my ability to use initiative to produce impactful work on my own.

  • 9a. Would you recommend UBS to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • UBS has an amazing culture which was completely unexpected. Everyone cares about each other and will go above and beyond to make you feel comfortable and supported. It has been such a pleasurable experience for me working there and I look forward to going to work every day.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to UBS?
  • I would say to share your interests and show your personality where you can as they value the human side to you not just how well you can perform. Be passionate about why you want the job and show them how much of an asset you would be to the firm. Be confident but remain humble as you do so.
