  • Working alongside the business manager to achieve the targets and aims of the business. Coaching and role modelling the correct behaviours. Running the business in the absence of the business manager. Taking control of some of the systems that need to be in place to ensure the business runs successfully.

  • Yes I have learnt a lot of new skills from the apprenticeship for example learning how to deal with and manage difficult situations in the workplace even when it involves dealing with your superiors.

  • I fully enjoy the programme and what i have learnt in the time. I also enjoy the fact that we have been able to meet with other employees from around the country who are in the same position. We have become such a tight knit group

  • The programme is structured and organised very well the staff are always willing to do 100% to help us out and ensure we always are on track.

  • 100% the university supports you with whatever you need for whatever task there is always someone to talk to

  • 100% its help me to be able to see the bigger picture when trying to solve problems and achieve targets in the workplace.

  • There is football.

  • There is a lot of good and bad if am honest just depends what franchisee you work for am guessing some are more money driven then others

  • Good luck hopefully you get to work in a company owned store
