    • Line manage 11 Premier Managers across 2 teams. My role is not customer facing Maintaining focus and driving for the right outcomes at all times

    • Really enjoy it but during Covid19 it has been tough

    • Very well organised, no complaints

    • The most, my line manager in particular has been superb

    • As much or as little as i need. They've been superb

    • Much better, i feel more professionally polished as an individual and as a leader

    • Superb employer with great people. In fact i refereed a friend in 2019 that now works for the bank

    • Enjoy it and work hard. You will be rewarded
