  • My role at the AA is to help customers when they are in need of a patrol and make sure that their customer journey throughout the breakdown is excellent and my role is also to make sure I fulfil the members needs.

  • Whilst at the AA I have learnt more skills then I would’ve somewhere else due to the fact I am talking to a lot more people and we learn new things everyday

  • I do enjoy the program quite highly.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • The programme is very organised in the sense that everything is ready and we have a clear plan of what we are working towards in the coming months

  • We get 100% support from our employer and if there is anything we require to make our job role easier. We can ask and majority of the time we can get.

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • We receive 100% support from catch 22 when it comes to qualifications. There is clear instructions on what we need to do to get to the end point and get our qualification

  • The training provider makes my job role easier because of the work that is set out

  • There is all sorts of things we can get involved in at work such as parties,events etc.

  • I would recommend to a friend due to the fact that I have had a good experience from the company.

  • Stick your head down and attend and you will get far in the company
