I oversee policies and procedures and produce frequent reports for the department. This involves lots of manual excel spreadsheet manipulation and reporting.

I am very happy with the programme as I can see the benefits that I can apply to my day to day tasks. I am enjoying the coach and his delivery style and pace also.
The programme is well spread out across the year to allow time to work around it and time to undertake self study and the assignment requirements. The content of each session is also just about right and not too intense. It has been well adapted virtually.
Lots. I am allowed the time required and the ability to try my learned skills in my day job. I am also asked how I am getting on frequently so help can be offered if required.
Lots. Our training provider and coach are available at all times and we have multiple means to reach out to them and we receive typically instant and Informative responses.
The training and syllabus is precisely geared towards helping with my current role by both providing extra detail to tools I use and by teaching me new and better ways to do things.
Yes there is a social committee that frequently advertises and runs events. The training provider also frequently advertises social networking events.
