I pick up tasks of a KPMG platform helping multiple staff with day to day tasks. I combine this with my university work. Business Support is the sector I work within and that is exactly what I get involved in.
Yes, My networking skills have increased with social events that take place. I could be working with partners within KPMG and learn new things all the time.
I enjoy it as I get to wake up and go to a top 4 accounting firm which not everyone gets to do on a daily basis.
My programme is really well structured and has a great balance between working and learning. We are provided with 20% study time which really helps complete University work.
I receive loads for support, I have multiple managers that keep an eye to see I am getting the support I need. I also have additional staff in my team that help me with any work I need help with.
I have meeting very frequently which help support and we have multiple training sessions and e-learning provided by the organisation.
The qualification gives me an insight on how businesses run and gives me more of an insight into the organisation. It helps me complete tasks with more confidence.
Yes many extra-curricular activities take place. I get involved with after work lunch and university fairs which KPMG take place in. It is really good and helps network with additional staff members.
