  • receiving calls for members when they break down and upgrading there membership when needed in a broken down situation.

  • how to talk to customers also how to handle the harder calls or members. also how to use different systems within the AA

  • extremely I get a lot of support and targets that I achieve and.

  • 4. How well organised/structured is your programme?
  • very and how they dealt with covid was quick and affective. I get support like 1-2-1 for other concerns and they set up any training that is necessary for us to get better

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • so much not just for work for my mental and physical health. (councillor's) extra 1-2-1 support for my mental health as well as me being unwell

  • so much I had 3 weeks of training before going on calls then people would sit with us and support with calls.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • if I never got the training I wouldn't be able to the job as well as I could as I wasn't great at talking to people it gave me confidence and help with my progress also made me better with dealing with difficult situations like when on a motorway on a live lane I have never been confidant and they are now my favourite calls. also helped with my maths and English.

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • every week there are different things going on like tuck and mental wellbeing week. also before covid-19 thy had yoga they also have prair rooms.

  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • because it is a good environment and a good place to work and already recommended people to work or apply to work here any chance I get


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • to be confidant that they will be taught to the best of the AAs ability and if they need extra support that it will be given for as long as needed.
