  • WORK IN EMERGENCY DEPARTMENT CALL HANDLER, TAKE SALES CALLS, SERVE CUSTOMERS, SEND PATROLS TO THEIR JOBS, UPGRADE MEMBERSHIPS.

  • Yes I have learnt new skills. I can handle customers and help and provide service. I have learnt to be patient and that customer is important

  • 3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?
  • i enjoy learning it has been a challenge for myself but i enjoyed pushing myself to learn new skills.

  • I think its good and well trained with my personal experience i feel it has been good for the individual needs.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • the AA is a very good employer all staff are friendly and helpful. There is good monitoring policies in place to check on progress

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • The training provider is good, it's Catch 22 and we communicate with their team who is very helpful and understanding.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • I think there is a lot of motivation also I am learning my Maths and English which is helpful in the job role

  • 8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)
  • we had a few group meetings with different departments in the organisation which has been a good social activity. The AA also organised a day where we could see what patrols carry in their vans and we had a chance to fix a tyre . over all it was a good experience.

  • 9a. Would you recommend The AA to a friend?
  • Yes


  • 9b. Why?
  • Because its a good organisation I have met and a worked with some good team leaders and managers. I also think the AA has good policies in place to provide a safe and friendly work environment.


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to The AA?
  • I would like to advice someone that long as you determined and focused you will get the support to achieve. You should stay positive and there is support available and you should ask. I think its a good experience and to give it a try I also think it a good company to work for.
