  • It’s very organised our managers keep on top of why happen in our apprenticeship and are also checking on how we are doing and see if we require anything to reach our potential and plan training that we require to get the job done. This is essential as it shows that the are invested in us

  • 9a. Would you recommend SSE to a friend?
  • Yes

  • 9b. Why?
  • There is so much to gain from sse I see that sse cares a lot about it’s apprentices and are looking for them to achieve their very best during their time at the company. There are so many sections to work in after the apprenticeship and even if you don’t get the job after the training, the knowledge you gain can get you a job anywhere.

  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to SSE?
  • Be natural, inform them of any help needed during the interview as they make sure that you are well looked after and are calm for the interview. For example I have a stutter and by letting the Employer know they were able to understand my condition and give me the help I need
