Looking to offer help if needed for customers who are vulnerable during power cuts. Also Admin jobs to maintain the customers on the register ensuring data is up to date and accurate
I have learned to be more positive and aware of how people may work. I have learned to tackle things head on rather than avoid it and that I am probably more capable than I realise
I enjoy the social aspect and learning new things. I also learn from others from different business which makes me more open minded to listen to others and their ideas
Very well organised although occasionally communication hasn't been as good as it could have been. But this hasn't changed the course or how we learn. The uni are very adaptable and approachable should there be any problems
my employer are extremely supportive. We have been given the time and trust to do what we need to do. Been assured that if we need help then higher management are happy to help and if we need books etc to ask for them.
Everything is laid out clear for us to carry out what we need to. They are very approachable if there is anything we need to discuss with them, personal or related to the qualification
so far not too much as my role doesn't require me to do much more however once I have further into the course I may feel more confident to push myself more. I am becoming more aware of my workplace and why things are the way they are
Not that I am aware of although most people get on and are welcomed to join in in other peoples plans if they have similar interests. Walking or cinema trips etc but it is more informal than formal.
Yes
I feel looked after and considered as a member of the team. I have worked here for many years and feel I could speak to anyone if I had an issue. The benefits and pay are fair also.
To take it on board and put your head down and you will be recognized for your efforts. Abide by rules and look out for other members of staff. Speak to higher management about progression
