Providing support to the Global Director and Senior Advanced Materials Team

I feel my communication skills have improved and I am gaining a wider understanding of how business operates from a legal and corporate perspective.

I find it very hard to get time to carry out the assignments due to the demands of my role. When I first took on the Apprenticeship my role was quite different. I now have a new Line Manager and that has brought new responsibilities and tasks.

The online Bud system is not great unfortunately. Smartassessor was much better, so much more information. I currently do not know where I am on the program and what is left to be done, it's not easily accessible information

I know they support me, but I find it very difficult to get the time to study as should be doing
