1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:

Working as part of the Assurance service line working in both Audit and Analytics doing both standard audit work and creating analysers for the audit teams use

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I enjoy the program to a large extent, I have learnt a lot both through work and through the degree

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

As I was in the first year group of this program there were a few teething issues but this is fine now we have addressed these issues

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

We are provided with ample study time and resources to attend all workshops and exams

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

The skills coaches provided by QA are very good and helpful have had no issues

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

As of how (1 and a half years in) not much of the degree has come in useful as we have been mainly in the audit part of the business but as time goes on I am finding the knowledge more useful

There are many socials and events that can be attended

9a. Would you recommend EY to a friend?

Yes

9b. Why?

overall I have had a great experience on the apprenticeship and at work, for me it is much better than attending university

10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to EY?

Make sure you do your research for the assessment centers and the interview and be prepared that it is hard work to do a degree and work at the same time
