  • I manage the internal communication channels connecting staff, tutors and our students. I am responsible for the creation and distribution of promotional material detailing the opportunities we have available for our students.

  • When I started my apprenticeship, I had never done design work in any capacity but as I had an interest, I was allowed to pursue it and now I create core design pieces for teams across the company.

  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • I receive alot of support from both my employer and training provider. I am provided with apprentice mentors, company mentors, senior mentors and there is opportunity for me to express concerns at out time2talk cafes for apprentices.

  • 7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?
  • In my degree, I am picking up skills from across the company, which allows me to further understand my co-workers' roles and their limitations. It has also allowed me to improve my managerial skills for when I hopefully get promoted at the end of my apprenticeship.

  • This apprenticeship has changed my life in many ways over the last two years and it's all for the better!
