  • My role is to keep the customers satisfied with there shopping experience by helping and serving the customers in the best way possible to insure they have the best time at Aldi

  • I have improved my skills in the retail role and also my customer service skills.

  • I enjoy the program because of how friendly the environment is, the people who I work use team work effectively and that’s what makes us good at our jobs

  • The program is somewhat organised, from the part of aldi everything is organised but the learning provider they lack in communication

  • All of us receive 100% support in the work place, if it’s from the managers to the store assistants they all give good advice and support

  • 6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?
  • Receive no support what so ever terrible service, would very much like another tutor. Lack of communication when I need it and no helpful at all

  • They don’t help me preform better at all, the staff help me preform better and help me see what I need to improve or have perfect

  • There is but I just do not attend, only attend when people from my work are there

  • Yes

  • ALDI is great, it have multiple benefits the staff at incredible, they give you feedback on what you need to improve and what you are good at, if your looking for a retail job aldi is probably the best place to go


  • 10. What tips or advice would you give to others applying to Aldi?
  • Make sure your ready because it’s not easy but it’s worth every little bit of hard work because you meet new people and learn new skills
