Engaging, rewarding, and offering a wealth of opportunities.... these are just some of the things our staff say about their career at M&G. An immensely supportive team. You would never need to feel out of place or confused with the work of the company and if you were it would be totally fine to ask for help.
The role extends into business areas across the Prudential Group and will provide excellent exposure to many key stakeholders across M&G and Prudential. Good communication skills and attention to detail are a prerequisite and you will be fully responsible for daily tasks requiring a self-disciplined and organised approach in order to be successful

M&G is an amazing place to work at. From my first day I have felt valued and supported by everybody. My team are willing teach me so many valuable skills and always willing to answer my questions makes going to work enjoyable and exciting.
Be confident, show how focused/ determined you are and be honest. M&G do not expect you to know the answer to every question but they do want to see the passion and willingness to learn and be a part of a team. Most importantly, have fun and get to know the company
