In the mornings we make sure we have been set work so we can be getting on with it. If we dont we say to our manager what we have completed and he will set us more. Currently im working on a website which you have to order ports on a website for customers.
Everyday you are always learning something as things are always changing and new work is always is set.
Its a great place to work and if you ever need any help there is always people to ask. I feel comfortable in the company and it met my expectations.
I feel more valued further on in my course as you get more responsibility given to you.
My team is very organised and we have a meeting every tuesday to show which person is doing which task.
My teacher and manager are very supportive and always there if i need anything.
My employer is always asking if everythings okay and asking me things about my current work and is very supportive.
I live close to my work and the pay is good and its easy to pay all my bills.
Outside of my department there are jobs always popping up in the company and let you know about them.
