  • 5. How much support do you receive from your employer?
  • Overall my employer has been very supportive. At times I have felt pressure to be doing my day job and not being able to fit in the 20% off the job training needed, so have completed some at weekends. Having said that my manager has been keen to make sure I am given time to complete the activities, and the company has offered full support
