Getting involved with packaging projects from all aspects, working with suppliers and marketing teams.
Learnt about what lab testing is done and also the manufacturing processes in order to apply the knowledge to every day work
I love my job and I couldn't be happier, but it is the opposite for University I don't enjoy that side of it.
Rotations around the different teams to expand knowledge and understanding, structure is in place of what order you do these in and when.
Receive all the support I need, there is always someone who will help when I need it.
I go to University one day a week for lectures, however I feel it is forgotten by some that we are part time students so it is difficult for us to do some things. Often they are accommodating, but some are not.
Some of it is relevant to the job so I know more of the theory surrounding things, some of it though does not relate.
Lots of social-networking to get involved in, lots of clubs and wellbeing groups on site.

Really good company to work for and I have enjoyed every minute of working there, couldn't imagine myself to be anywhere else.
