I am in charge of raising payments, Sample orders as well as looking after approvals for brand social media and leading projects for brand.
I have learnt a lot of skills in my new role and developed a lot of current skills. I have learnt how to use new systems, and improved on my confidence.
I enjoy my programme very much, I always have support if I need it and always look forward to coming into work
I believe my programme is very organised and structured. there are set dates for work that is due and support during work.
I have regular catch ups with my managers, Peers, Manpower and my trainer. All always asking about my wellbeing, work load and generally how I'm getting on.
I have regular Face to Face meetings with my trainer as well as online calls and reviews. And I can email at any time and someone always helps me
There is not of relation with my course and my job role, However it has helped me learn a lot about my organisation, like who my stakeholders are, what type of sector my company is and processes and procedures.
There are always team events. For example team away days or even category away days where we get the opportunity to network with new people and learn new skills.
Yes
Such amazing hands on experience, and amazing to say you work for such a good company with good views and visions.
100% be yourself, and there is no limit to what you can do. Just because you work in one part of the company does not mean you cannot go further. So many opportunities.
