I help manage pipelines, raising quotes, applying discounts, and supporting partners with queries.

2. Have you learnt any new skills or developed existing skills?

Yes, I have learnt tonnes of new skills since being an Apprentice at HPE. Including, presentation skills, sales cycle knowledge, product knowledge.

3. To what extent do you enjoy your programme?

I am enjoying the programme, if it wasn't for covid 19, I would be enjoying it even more. They had lots of social events and team building out of the office lined up which is now post poned.

4. How well organised/structured is your programme?

Structure and organization could be improved, sometimes lack clarity, nothing major.

5. How much support do you receive from your employer?

Support is always offered, and we are made to feel fine about reaching out and asking for help.

6. How much support do you receive from your training provider when working towards your qualifications?

Still early doors on the course, but so far the provider has been great.

7. How well do you feel that your qualification (through your training provider) helps you to perform better in your role?

The skills the provider has been teaching us will certainly aid me to become a great salesman in the future.

8. Are there extra-curricular activities to get involved in at your work? (For example, any social activities, sports teams, or even professional networking events.)

Yes, they provide social events, etc, team building, due to COVID some of these have unfortunately been postponed for our own safety.
