  • Very structured. Good support from assesor

  • Minimal support, but only because its not needed. I know if needed my employer support will be great

  • Lots. I know my assesor is always at the end of the phone should i need her. And we have our regular skype calls (due to the current situation. Prior to this she made site visits)

  • Its giving me a better insight into management which in turn helps me work better and have a deeper understanding of whats needed to become a manager

  • Ive worked for whitbread for almost 20 years, at various sites. And I love my job. I have all the support and encouragement i need to progress further if I want to.
