  • 1. Please give an overview of your role and what this involves on a day-to-day basis:
  • as a night receptionist, my role is to make sure the hotel is quite, to check the guests and book their breakfast for the next morning, answering the phone , make the bookings if we still have rooms to sale , also i have to run end of day and do CBD , by the morning i have to get the food out and make sure all tables are seated up and clean, at 7am have to do the handover with the duty manager .

  • my Tutors, are always there for me and they are very helpful .

  • so much to learn and and have corrected a lot of thing at work because of my training and their guidance.

  • not that i know, but i always want to do so many activities , cycling or so many things for charities especially GOSH but i don't know who to start.

  • to be patient , listen to the staff who are old in the company and learn , never will regret it also will progress very quickly .
